a radiant stay near times square
central location coffee service comfortable bed friendly staff
the location provided easy access to popular spots. the complimentary coffee service in the lobby offered a warm welcome, it did. my room included a comfortable king bed and a modern bathroom. the friendly staff were always ready to assist with directions and suggestions, and for that, i am grateful.
the elevator wait times were sometimes a little longer. it did require some patience.

the hotel is near various attractions, including the magnificent times square, only a short walk away. the proximity to public transport made exploring easy. i really loved this location.

supreme location decent room good options
the location is supreme for transport links. penn station, times square, and grand central station are all within walking distance. the room is decent, so cozy. breakfast was okay, with good options to start THE day.

crowded breakfast area long elevator wait
i waited for what seemed like forever EACH time. the breakfast area was also very crowded and not very CLEAN. it reminded me of a free-for-all, not the relaxing start to the day i had hoped.

the lobby provided free coffee and tea all day, a lovely touch. my room, a king room non-smoking, was located on a high floor. it offered a quiet respite from the city's activity. the breakfast offered a decent selection, a nice perk before a busy day.
the elevators seemed a bit slow at times.

excellent location broadway shows friendly staff
The location was excellent for accessing broadway shows and major brand stores. many restaurants were within walking distance and stayed open late. breakfast offered a decent selection. You won't leave hungry. the staff was amazing. They were friendly and willing to help.
one morning, the elevators were quite busy, causing a bit of a wait.

free coffee responsive elevators hairy towels early check-in
i liked that tea and coffee was always available in the lobby! the elevators were responsive, and the bed was great.
there were towels with hair on them! i was told it wasn't possible to check in early even i had a two-month-old baby
